Throughout these Terms, “Sovereign Curls,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sovereign Curls. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using our website or services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, subscribing to our communications, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase through our website.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.

3. Store Information and Product Availability

Sovereign Curls specializes in curly and wavy hair extensions and related products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantities available for purchase
• Limit sales to particular customers, households, regions, or jurisdictions
• Discontinue or modify products
• Correct product descriptions or pricing
• Refuse or cancel orders as permitted by law
• Establish purchase limits during Royal Releases or promotional events

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Your order is not confirmed until checkout is completed and you receive an order-confirmation email.

4. Product Descriptions and Natural Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, styling, and other factors.

Hair is not a manufactured, identical product. Natural variations may occur between bundles and lace products, including differences in:

• Color or undertone
• Curl or wave pattern
• Texture
• Strand thickness
• Density
• Bundle construction
• Weight
• Length appearance

Product measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Curly and wavy hair is generally measured while stretched, and the length may appear shorter in its natural curled state.

Natural variation alone does not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

5. Hair Care, Styling, and Chemical Processing

Product longevity and performance depend on installation, maintenance, products used, styling practices, and the customer’s adherence to proper care instructions.

Hair may be capable of being colored or lightened; however, all chemical processing carries risk. Bleaching, coloring, excessive heat, cutting, plucking, tinting, adhesive use, or other alterations may:

• Change or loosen the curl pattern
• Cause dryness or shedding
• Weaken the hair or lace
• Shorten the product’s lifespan
• Affect return or exchange eligibility

Results from coloring, bleaching, heat styling, installation, or chemical processing are not guaranteed. We recommend performing a strand test and using a qualified professional.

Sovereign Curls is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, alteration, chemical processing, excessive heat, unsuitable products, or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Royal Releases and Preorders

Certain Sovereign Curls products may be offered through limited Royal Releases, preorder events, or other scheduled ordering periods.

A preorder allows you to purchase a product before it is ready for immediate shipment. Preorder items are not ready-to-ship inventory unless expressly stated otherwise.

Before purchasing a preorder item, you are responsible for reviewing:

• The estimated processing or fulfillment period
• The anticipated shipping timeframe
• The release opening and closing dates
• The product description
• Any purchase limits
• The applicable cancellation and return terms

Dates and timeframes displayed for preorder products are good-faith estimates based on the information reasonably available to us at the time of purchase. Preorder processing may be affected by production, inventory, quality-control, carrier, weather, customs, or other delays.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will provide an appropriate delay notice and, when required by applicable law, give you the opportunity to consent to the revised timeline or cancel the affected unshipped item for a refund.

Ordering for an appointment, vacation, birthday, photoshoot, or other time-sensitive event is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee delivery by a personal event date unless we expressly provide a written delivery guarantee.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

After you submit an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. That confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Pricing, description, or inventory errors
• Product unavailability
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected unauthorized resale
• Duplicate or unusually large orders
• Payment authorization issues
• Circumstances that prevent lawful fulfillment

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

8. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for confirming that your:

• Email address is accessible
• Billing information is accurate
• Shipping address is complete
• Apartment or unit number is included
• Telephone number is current

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Address-change requests are not guaranteed. You should contact us immediately at contact@sovereigncurls.com if an address needs to be corrected.

For security reasons, we may require identity or order verification before changing customer or shipping information.

9. Prices, Payments, and Billing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices at any time without advance notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including:

• Product prices
• Applicable taxes
• Shipping charges
• Other charges clearly disclosed before checkout

Payment is due at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or a third-party payment provider. Your use of a payment service, digital wallet, installment provider, or buy-now-pay-later option may also be governed by that provider’s separate terms and privacy practices.

We do not control whether a third-party financing or installment application is approved.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gifts

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Must be used within the stated promotional period
• May have minimum-purchase requirements
• May be limited to eligible products or customers
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted
• Have no cash value
• May be limited to one use per customer, email address, household, or order
• May be modified or canceled where permitted by law

Discount codes must be entered before the order is submitted. We are not required to apply a discount retroactively after checkout.

Free gifts, samples, and promotional items are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, they may be excluded from returns and exchanges.

We may cancel or restrict a promotion when we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to its stated terms.

11. Gift Cards

Gift cards, when offered, are governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase and by applicable law.

Gift cards:

• Cannot generally be redeemed for cash except where required by law
• Must be protected like cash
• May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except where required by law
• Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards unless expressly permitted

Additional gift-card conditions may be displayed on the relevant product page.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Processing or fulfillment time refers to the period needed to prepare, inspect, package, and release an order to the carrier. Shipping or transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Severe weather
• Holidays
• Incorrect addresses
• Access restrictions
• Customs inspections
• Regional disruptions
• Failed delivery attempts

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.

13. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit, customers may be required to allow the carrier’s investigation or delivery timeframe to pass before another resolution is available.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, you should:

1. Check all entrances and delivery locations.
2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
3. Verify the shipping address on the order.
4. Contact the carrier.
5. Contact Sovereign Curls promptly.

We will provide reasonable assistance with eligible carrier claims. However, a carrier’s “delivered” scan may affect the remedies available.

Sovereign Curls is not automatically responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery. Any replacement, store credit, refund, or claim resolution will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier findings, applicable shipping protection, and applicable law.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.

Hair and lace products may be subject to hygiene and product-integrity requirements. Products that have been installed, worn, cut, colored, bleached, washed, altered, chemically processed, or otherwise changed may not qualify for return or exchange except where required by law or where a verified defect existed before alteration.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Products sent back without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded remain unaffected.

15. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

You should inspect your order promptly after delivery and before washing, installing, coloring, cutting, plucking, or otherwise altering the product.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact contact@sovereigncurls.com within the reporting period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Your message should include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video
• A photograph of the product packaging and identifying labels, when applicable

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution.

Alteration or installation of an item before reporting an observable issue may affect our ability to verify the claim and may affect eligibility for a remedy.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us at contact@sovereigncurls.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

You agree not to knowingly submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment disputes.

We reserve the right to provide the payment provider or financial institution with relevant records, including:

• Fraud-screening information

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your financial institution or applicable law.
